In this demo cum hands on session, you will learn how to create endless varieties of cakes from a few solid recipes using different fillings, toppings etc.

You will also learn how to trim, layer, get a smooth finish of icing and decorate the cakes suitably with neat borders, simple flowers etc.

Each of you will get a small practice cake to help you get started on your adventures in cake decoration!

Hi Folks :) I will be conducting a session for CUPCAKES AND MUFFINS on December 22nd between 3pm and 6 pm. In this class you will learn not only how to make a variety of delicious cupcakes and muffins but also how to create your own mouth watering flavours and combinations! Chocolate chip, pineapple and coconut, date and orange, pumpkin spice, savoury breakfast muffins and lots of variations! You will also take a peek into beautifully decorating your cupcakes and take back a box full of goodies for those waiting at home!

CUPCAKES AND MUFFINS:  Saturday, 10th December (10.30 am to 1.30 pm)

In this class I will be teaching you to make a variety of cupcakes and muffins, including some very healthy ones which are great for packing into kids lunch boxes (or your own!).  You will also have fun exploring your creativity, decorating fluffy vanilla and chocolate cupcakes.  I will also be guiding you with lots of variations which you can try out at home.

COOKIES:  Saturday, 10th December (3 pm to 6 pm)

Learn how to make six different varieties of yummy cookies which will delight kids and adults alike! The recipes are all very easy and fool proof. Get your kids involved and have a fun time when you try them out at home

EGGLESS BAKING: Sunday, 11th December (3pm to 6 pm)

Whoever said that baked goodies minus the eggs can never ever taste the same!  Well, now you can prove 'em wrong by learning how to make these delicious recipes for cakes, cookies and muffins without having to compromise on the taste!
